| LEE performed the construction of an
approximately 10,000 square foot, one story, wood frame, slab-on-grade building.
This building was constructed for the Town of Hillsborough as part of their town's capitol
improvements plan. LEE performed all site work which included stripping the
property, laying the base rock, foundations and footings,slab-on-grade, curbs and
asphalt. This project was completed on a fast tract schedule and LEE was successful
in completing it on time, within budget and in accordance with the specifications. The new Town Hall houses the City Manager, Mayor's Office, Finance and
Accounting Departments, the City Engineer, Building Official and Planner, as well as a
Community Room which is used for both community functions and town meetings. |
